Yes, it will be refunded after check out as long as there is no damage to the property.

We have not received access code instructions for our stay.

You will receive an email the day prior to your arrival. It will have your access code and directions to the home as well as some other helpful info.

We have a large group, do you have any properties that can accommodate us?

Yes, Guadalupe Blanca, Guadalupe Azul and Guadalupe are three separate houses all next door to each other. Collectively they will sleep 35 people. Separately, each house has a private entrance and private pool Blanca has a private hot tub in addition to the private pool.

What is your age requirement to rent one of your houses?

The minimum age to rent one of our houses is 21. We do not allow parties or events at our properties.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, Guadalupe and Guadalupe Azul in New Braunfels each have a private heated pool. We have a private hot tub and pool at both Guadalupe Blanca and at Canyon Lake.

Are the Cliffside homes walkable from the house to the Guadalupe River?

Skyhouse Guadalupe, Guadalupe Azul and Guadalupe Blanca are set on a steep cliff overlooking the River. You cannot access the river directly from the homes. However, Gruene is only 1 mile away in which you can rent tubes and access the River from there.

How do I physically talk to someone?

The preferred way to book and interact with Skyhouse Collection is electronically, however if you need to get in touch with someone immediately, you can text us at (830) 875.0617.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a STRICT cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in.
• After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleanign fee, but not the service fee.

I noticed security cameras on the Basecamp Durango property, are these new?

We have two security cameras, one on the porch and one in the carport. Both will remain on for the duration of every stay.
